Once upon a time…
I offered Spirited Schoolhouse Events at my house. I can’t remember what year we started ~ it was in response to a lot of my awesome tea party guests coming again and again to Haunted Tea Parties and wanting to offer them new spirited learning experiences. Like the haunted tea parties, we had so much fun at Spirited Schoolhouse events! And because I was somewhat of a “guest” at these events, I was able to focus on the lessons and spirit messages coming through in a much more mindful and and focused way than I was for the spirit things happening during the haunted teas.
Spirited Schoolhouse featured a variety of metaphysical arts: tarot readings, crystal ball readings, dowsing (water witching) lessons, past-life regressions, feng shui lessons, and the immensely popular spirit message circles, offered throughout the event season (May 1 ~ October 31) and aligned with seasonal holidays and turning points, such as Mother’s Day, Midsummer, the Fall Equinox, All Hallows Eve…. At each Spirited Schoolhouse event, guests learned about the metaphysical art and also received individual mini-readings or messages.
I stopped offering tea parties and spirited events at my home in late 2016, in order to care for my love and life mate Dudley, who had suffered a catastrophic stroke. In 2019, we ended up leaving the house that I loved and had lived in for 25 years.
There have been many changes in my life and much loss in the past five years. Two of my dear friends who were popular Spirited Schoolhouse teachers (and often came to events as guests as well) have moved onto the spirit side of life. Curt Hansen, who taught a class on dowsing, passed away in 2017. And intuitive medium Linda Cora, who was much-loved by my Spirited Schoolhouse guests, passed away in 2019.

Spirited Schoolhouse Events are hosted by Annie Wilder in her spirit-filled house and taught by a variety of accomplished expert guests: psychics, mediums, and practitioners of various metaphysical arts. The house spirits are invited to every event, and often drop in for a visit. (Please note: spirits have free will and may or may not make their presence known.)
All of these talented intuitive practitioners are friends, and all were popular Spirited Schoolhouse presenters: Janice Carlson, Linda Cora, Curt Hansen, Eric Moen, Lea Ann Paradise, Chanda Parkinson, and Suzanne Worthley. (A few more presenters shall remain unnamed here, as their current professions are not compatible with metaphysical pursuits.)
